Long Black Vampire Coat

Inspired by a large yardage piece of donated wool blend fabric and an original coat pattern created for a client in 2018, this coat was created in October 2022. The only item purchased for this project were the black and white buttons, purchased from a small business on etsy. Looking in our stash, we found a perfect printed poly satin fabric and used it for the bodice lining and handmade hem bindings. The coat is open on the back skirt, allowing for extra movement and room for underneath layers. 2XL
